Public Consultation on Workplace Fairness Dispute Resolution

Employment should be fair and merit-based, and the approach for workplace fairness disputes should preserve workplace and social harmony. However, we differ from the approach on judicial forum and prefer a more balanced approach to privacy and publicity than proposed in the Ministry of Manpower’s Consultation Paper.
